Spring Log Home Restoration

Spring is around the corner and if you are looking to get work done this season, now is the time to contact us for a full log home inspection. We can make a site visit, determine what logs need to be replaced if any, and get you estimates for corn cob blasting, staining, sealing and chinking or caulking. Whatever services you need, no job is too big or too small.

Spring is a great time to inspect your log home. Check to make sure down-spouts and rain gutters are working properly and have not been damaged by ice or snow built up. Check under windows and around doors or near corners for rotting logs. Has snow been sitting on any of the ledges on your home or on any of the corner logs that stick out? Look for discoloration and also for peeling sealant and stain. Are your logs grey and dull? Or maybe they have black mold or are turning green from moisture build up. These are all signs that you need to have a professional come in and inspect your home.
